Tim MillasPrior to co-founding Beacon, Tim was Chief Creative Officer of Lowe Healthcare Worldwide and Executive Creative Director of Lowe McAdams Healthcare.
He has created results-driven and award-winning work in many healthcare categories. His experience includes oncology, lipid therapy, allergy/respiratory, anti-infective, GI/IBS, women's health, CNS, dermatology, diabetes, glaucoma, obesity, hypertension, and medical devices/equipment.
Tim lives by "We hear you" because he's learned that only by listening to clients can he help them find unique solutions. "Creativity should always be in context—your context. Your customers should never see the 'Beacon style' in a brand campaign. They should only see and respond to the unique style and character of your brand. My job is to help you make that happen."
Adrienne LeeAdrienne brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing—on both the client and agency sides of the table. Her wide-ranging knowledge of treatment categories in our ever-changing industry enables her to respond to your unique issues with unique solutions that drive results.
At Schering-Plough, Adrienne held leadership positions in sales, brand and disease-state marketing, managed care, disease management, and operations. At Beacon, she has spearheaded the development of our Professional and Managed Markets centers of excellence.

Robert GriffithBob has spent 30+ years on the client and agency side of the business, including senior marketing positions at Nabisco Brands and Colgate Palmolive, and as a marketing "turnaround specialist" for a global investment company, responsible for breathing new life into brand acquisitions.
As Senior Vice President, Strategic Marketing for Publicis Dialogue, North America, Bob focused on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, where he became a pioneer in DTC and relationship marketing for Publicis' clients in the Diabetes and Women's Healthcare arenas. Bob currently directs Beacon Healthcare's Strategic Insight and Planning Practice, and manages Patient Engagement marketing for RESTASIS and Allergan's Eye Care Division.
His category experience includes ocular surface diseases, diabetes/insulin recombinant technology, osteoporosis, obesity, mental health, pain management, nutritional supplements, metabolic syndrome, and the medical diagnostic/device fields.
Penny Charles"People before process," is Penny Charles' insight from 20 years of working in healthcare communications. As a recent addition to the Beacon team, Penny takes great care to ensure that people are heard and valued at all levels of the organization.
